間接疑問文（tell me who〜） / 疑問詞＋to＋動詞の原形

■帯活動例間接疑問文（tell me who〜）

（1）グループごとにリレー式で質問を作り，答えてもらうことを繰り返し，ターゲット文法の復習をします。

T：Let's make sentences by using who, why, when, where, what and how.
S1：S2, tell me when your birthday is.
S2：My birthday is January 1st. S3, tell me what you are going to do next Sunday.
S3：Well, I'm going to go shopping with my family. S4, tell me how many sisters or brothers you have.
S4：O.K, I have two sisters and a brother. S5, tell me where you live.
S5：I live in Minami-cho. S6, tell me why you are so hungry.
S6：Because I didn't eat breakfast today.
などと続く。
T：Very good. Now, write three sentences about your classmates' answers.

（2）生徒にノートに3文書くように指示します。

■ターゲット文法の導入例疑問詞＋to＋動詞の原形

　生徒と対話をしながら「疑問詞＋to＋動詞の原形」の形や用法を導入します。

T：Everyone, look at the blackboard. I'll write kanji. （「強ち」と書きます。）
　 Do you know how to read this kanji?
S：Well..., it's difficult.
T：O.K. You don't know how to read this kanji. The answer is anagachi.
S：Oh, I see.
T：Then, do you know how to write uchiwa in kanji?
S：Oh, no! I can read the kanji, but...
T：O.K. The answer is 「団扇」.（黒板に書きます。）
S：Oh, I see.
T：So, you can read this kanji, but you can't write it. In this case, you can say "I know how to read it, but I don't know how to write it." Repeat after me. I know how to read it, but I don't know how to write it.
S：I know how to read it, but I don't know how to write it.
T：Does everyone understand today's target of "how to ~"?
S：Yes.

■ワンポイントアドバイス間接疑問文（tell me who〜）

　英語では，主節の動詞が過去形になると，それに合わせて従属節の動詞も過去形になります。これを「時制の一致」といいます。ただし，従属節が一般的な事実，現在も変わらない事実などの場合は時制の一致の例外となります。

■ターゲット文法の練習例疑問詞＋to＋動詞の原形

　教科書p.39のUseを参考に，how to 〜, what to 〜, when to 〜, where to 〜 を使ってペアで会話をさせます。始める前に対話例を見せ，Yes/Noだけの返答で終わらせず，できるだけ会話が長く続くように工夫させましょう。

A：I love okonomiyaki. Do you know how to make okonomiyaki?
B：No, I don't. But my mother knows how to make okonomiyaki.
A：Do you wanna make okonomiyaki by yourself?
B：Sounds like fun!
A：OK. I'll show you how to make okonomiyaki.
