■概要理解例Happa Business [説明文]

　パラグラフごとにQ&Aを用いて要点を確認します。教師はクラス全体で生徒を指名しながら進めていきます。

[第1パラグラフ]
T：Where is the small town of Kamikatsu?
S：It's in Tokushima.

[第2パラグラフ]
T：Is it difficult for elderly people to farm?
S：Yes, it is.

[第3パラグラフ]
T：How do Japanese restaurants use the leaves?
S：They use the leaves to decorate their dishes.
T：Why can the elderly easily deal with the plants?
S：Because they are so small and light.

[第4パラグラフ]
T：What do the elderly use for their work?
S：They use PCs and tablets.

[第5パラグラフ]
T：Has the happa business attracted young people to Kamikatsu?
S：Yes, it has.

■言語活動例仮定法

　教科書p.87のLet's Tryを参考に，別のテーマで対話させます。

（1）生徒にテーマを伝えます。
例1：If you had Dokodemo Door, where would you go?
例2：I wish I understood cats' feelings. How about you?

（2）約5〜10分間の時間を与え，個人で考えて文を書かせます。
（3）ペアで質問し合わせます。
（4）パートナーを変えて同様に3回ほど行わせます。
（5）何名かの生徒を指名し，クラス全体で確認します。
