■ターゲット文法の導入例SVC（look＋形容詞）

　生徒の誰もが知っている人物の写真を使い，生徒と対話をしながら，″look＋形容詞″の形や用法を導入します。

T：Everyone, look at these pictures. Who are they? You know all people of these pictures. Their faces express their feelings. Please guess what they feel. （一枚の写真を指して）How does he / she look?
S：He / She is happy.
T：Good! He / She looks happy. O.K, how about him? How does he look?
S：He is sad.
T：Good. He looks sad. 「〜に見える」は，look+形容詞で言いましょう。O.K？
S：O.K?
T：Good. How about her?
S：She looks excited.
T：Good. Do you understand how to use ″look＋形容詞?″
S：Yes.

■帯活動例SVOO（giveなど+人＋もの）

　Q＆A（クイックリスポンス）を行います。

T：What present will you give to someone? And when?
S1：I'll give my mother a carnation on Mother's Day.
S2：I'll give my friend an anime character figure on Christmas.
S3：I'll give my brother a T-shirt on his birthday.
S4：I'll give my aunt a cup on her birthday.
などと続く。
T：Very good. Now, I'll ask you some questions. What present will S1 give to her mother? And when?
S：S1 will give her mother a carnation on Mother's Day.
T：Good. Will S2 give an anime character figure to his brother?
S：No, he won't.
T：Good. Who will get a T-shirt from S3 on his birthday?
S：His brother will.
T：O.K. Who will give a cup to her aunt?
S：S4 will on her birthday.
T：Very good.

■ターゲット文法の練習例SVOC（callなど＋A＋B）

　教科書p.79のUseの応用練習として，会話風に活動させます。

A：O.K. What do you call a convenience store?
B：Convenience store. It's easy. We call it konbini.
A：Yes, we call it konbini. Do you go to konbini?
B：Yes. I sometimes go to konbini to buy onigiri and juice. How about you?
A：Of course, I buy many things at konbini. Buying at konbini is fun.
B：O.K, No.1. What do you call a smartphone?

などと続く。
