自分たちの地域にある施設、必要な施設

■導入のSmall Talk 例

　p.36〜37の絵を見て、どんな施設があるかを確認します。それらの施設が自分たちの住む地域にあるかどうかをたずねてみましょう。

T： Look at the map on pages 36 and 37.
　　This is Aozora Town.
　　Please find the sushi restaurant.
　　Where’s it? Point to the picture.
S： Here!
T： Good.
　　It’s across from the animal hospital.
　　Well, do we have a sushi restaurant in our town?
S： Yes.
　　スーパーの隣にあるよ!
T： Yes. We have a sushi restaurant.
　　It’s next to the supermarket.
　　We can eat delicious sushi there.
　　Look at the map again.
　　Where’s the zoo? ...
　　Do you have a zoo in our town?
S： No.
T： Right. We don’t have a zoo in our town.
　（いくつかの施設をたずねる）

　「デジ教」の音声を流し音声を流し、Kai とEmmaがどの施設について話しているかたずねる。

T： Kai and Emma are talking about their town.
　　Which facilities is Kai talking about?
　　Station? Zoo? Bookstore?
S： Library!
T： Good! Kai says, “We have a big library."
　　And He says, “We have…"?
S： Museum. Department store. Hospital.
T： Great! Where is the museum? ...
　　But Kai says, “We need...?"
S： Movie theater.

T： Great. He said, “We need a movie theater."

■p.39 Activityのヒント

　グループ内で、自分の住む地域にある施設とそこでできることを話し合います。
　文をつくるときのヒントとして、QRの「＼Hints!／」から【英文Maker】を活用しましょう。
　文を書くときは、p.13を見て、ルールを確認させるといいでしょう。また、声に出しながら書くように促しましょう。

■中間評価

■目標に照らして中間評価を入れ、良かった点や課題を共有し、後半の活動に生かしましょう。評価の基準は、おもに次の2点です。
・施設の名前やそこでできることを言えているか。
・意見を聞きたいときに、What do you think?とたずねているか。

■目的に沿って、自分の住む地域にあるものとそこでできることを伝える［伝えようとしている］。
